PHASE 1 - OPERATIONS ROADMAP

Before we enter into an ongoing collaboration, we analyze your company on a high-level. This allows us to get clarity about your goals, where you are today and to define the roadmap of actions that will get you there. The operations roadmap is paid. But comes with a money-back guarantee in case we don't work together afterwards. You keep the results.

PHASE 2 - OPERATIONS CONSULTING

Based on what we've learned in the operations roadmap phase, we then engage in an ongoing monthly engagement. Typically, we will meet once a week, discuss issues, identify and design solutions and - THE MOST IMPORTANT PART - monitor implementation of these solutions with your team. We'll also check into your KPIs regularly to see how things are developing and what actions become necessary. This engagement type creates most sustainable value and keeps us flexible to adjust for whatever business life throws at you.
