Operations consulting helps you establish the right structures for your company. It allows you
to streamline your people, processes and tools to make sure that you have a stable basis for
growth. It also includes implementing strategy execution frameworks as well as looking at
financials where necessary. Lastly, we gear all our efforts towards making your company more
manageable and scalable, by removing the founder or CEO from the operations.
The return on investment in working with us depends a lot on the size of your operations. If
we are able to improve your process efficiency by 10% and increase your output, the impact will
be much higher if you do 1 mio in revenue than if you only have 100,000 USD. In general, we
are only taking on projects with a clearly positive business case for the client.
Short projects can be as quick as one month, where longer term change projects can last up
to 18 months. It all depends on what you need. Our signature consulting program Streamline8 is five months long.
We are a remote-only consulting firm. Our collaboration tools are mainly Google Meet for
regular calls, Miro for collaboration and Slack for communication. We work closely with CEOs
and founders, but also involve their teams in the process.
That depends on what you need. If you need us to, we get our hands dirty: Working with your
teams, writing SOPs, implementing tools, hosting workshops and so on… Alternatively, we
operate in an advisory setup where we have weekly meetings, discuss the next steps and you
execute yourself. We choose the engagement type that makes most sense for your situation
and the outcome you’re looking for.
Expect 1-3 weekly calls plus some time for reviewing our deliverables. Some weeks require
more of your time than others.
That depends on what you need. A few examples are org-structures and job descriptions,
KPIs, process-maps and standard operating procedures, whole software implementations, etc.
